Stockholm-based Symplify will collaborate with platform supplier Playbook Engineering. The global betting platform, known for serving StarSports, AK Bet and NRG, is expanding its services by integrating Symplify’s comprehensive CRM ecosystem.
Through this partnership, operators under Playbook Engineering will gain access to Symplify’s suite of CRM tools, including its data hub and various communication channels like email, SMS, dynamic web content and browser push notifications.
Leveraging Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules, along with site conversion testing capabilities, brands on the Playbook platform can craft personalised and AI-optimised experiences for their audiences.
Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Head of Sales at Symplify, expressed confidence in the partnership: “Extending our partnership with Playbook Engineering means its leading brands can use our complete CRM and AI cloud solutions to drive growth. The results have been excellent since we began working with Playbook and we expect more of the same with these new brands.”

The collaboration underscores the increasing importance of tailored customer experiences and AI-driven marketing strategies in the iGaming industry.
