STS Group has announced its consolidated revenue for 2022 amounts to PLN 597m ($138m).
From this, PLN 167m was generated in Q4 2022, a 43% increase from the previous year.
Consolidated net profit from this period amounted to PLN 58m, a 290% increase from 2021.
When adjusted EBITDA is accounted for, the PLN 83m translates to a year-on-year increase of 122%.
Net profit for the company was PLN 169m, a year-on-year increase of almost 29%.
Mateusz Juroszek, President of the Management Board of STS Holding, said: “A very good year is behind us – we generated the highest operating results in the Group’s history, which translated into extremely satisfactory financial results.”
To achieve its 2023 targets, the STS group will focus on Poland and withdraw from the UK and Estonian markets.
Juroszek continued: “The plan for the current year is to focus on a number of efficiencies.
“We focus on Poland to increase profitability and fully exploit the potential of the dynamic market. We implement savings and improve our product.
“We assume that turnover, NGR, as well as EBITDA, will be higher this year than last year.”
In 2022, the Net Gaming Revenue generated by the STS was PLN 663m, compared to PLN 565m in the previous year.
This is reflected by the 439,000 new customers who signed up at the bookmaker, with 317,000 making active deposits.
In Q4 alone, there were 202,000 new registrations and 154,000 first-time deposits for the brand.
