Playbook Fusion, a studio focused on integrating betting and video gaming, has appointed Jason Bradbury as Chief Product Officer (CPO), effective immediately.
This appointment is part of CEO Steve Rogers’ initiative to bolster his executive team.
Bradbury has over a decade of experience in the gambling industry, with previous roles at Entain/GVC, Light & Wonder, Inspired Entertainment and ComeOn.
In his new position at Playbook Fusion, he will oversee the development of a new range of betting content designed to enhance engagement for players who enjoy virtual sports, fantasy sports and sports management games.
Playbook Fusion’s initial project under Bradbury’s leadership will be a football game scheduled for release in early 2025. Subsequent games will feature other sports, including cricket and basketball.
Steve Rogers, CEO of Playbook Fusion, said: “Jason has a proven track record of driving product innovation and advancements at some of the biggest operators and suppliers in the industry and his experience in launching products in the regulated betting markets is vital to our ambitious plans.”
Rogers added: “Combining that experience with that of our Executive Creative Advisor, Santiago Jaramillo, from the video games industry is going to develop some very unique concepts, particularly around gamification and persistence within our games.”
Bradbury commented: “Our content will have mass market appeal to existing player bases, but it will absolutely help operators to engage with harder to reach Millennial and Gen Z audiences as well as the next generation of players. This is a game-changing concept and I’m genuinely excited to join the team.”
In February 2024, Playbook Engineering extended its partnership with Pragmatic Play to include the launch of bingo products on its platform provider’s brand sites, such as Rhino.bet and Star Sports. This expansion adds to the existing portfolio of slots and live casino games offered by Pragmatic Play.
Playbook Engineering has also entered into other key partnerships. In December 2023 the company collaborated with Relax Gaming, following the appointment of Jonathan Chilton as COO in October.
