BetMGM expands partnership with BetQL Network

Managed by Audacy, BetQL Network’s deal with BetMGM will span multiple years and increase BetMGM’s presence across the broadcaster’s products and services. 

Launched in June 2021, BetQL Network has expanded from two to 31 markets in its first year of operation. It has seen podcast downloads increase 575%, listening hours grow 467% and over-the-air audiences go up 140%.  

“We are delighted to expand our strategic partnership with BetMGM, highlighted by its new exclusive position with the BetQL Network,” said David Field, Chairman, President and CEO of Audacy.  

“Barely a year old, the BetQL Network has a bright future ahead of it as legalised sports betting continues to expand over the next decade.” 

Per the deal, BetMGM will have category exclusivity of the network’s full programming, including You Better You Bet, BetQL Daily, The Daily Tip and BetMGM Tonight. 

Alongside its deal with BetMGM, BetQL Network will distribute 100 hours of content per week, on Audacy and BetQL’s digital platforms. 

Furthermore, Audacy will produce content for live audiences at several MGM Resorts properties and host network events inside BetMGM sportsbooks. 

Chief Revenue Officer of BetMGM, Matt Prevost, said: “We’re excited to further our strategic partnership with Audacy and to bring our market-leading sports betting and gaming entertainment content to millions of listeners nationwide, across the entire BetQL Network platform.” 

The expanded partnership will also see You Better You Bet hosts Nick Kostos and Ken Barkley become brand advocates for BetMGM.
