With all of the commotion surrounding a potential MMA fight between social media CEOs Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk, fans can now bet on who would win.

Since Zuckerberg presented his fighting skills in the Metaverse against UFC featherweight champion, Alexander Volkonovski and won a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament, people have been deliberating other celebrity MMA opponents that could put his fighting skills to the test.

Now, Musk has announced he too has been training MMA, the world wants to see the two billionaires go head to head. Odds have even been put on the table by esports betting firm Unikrn.

In response to Zuckerberg creating a Twitter rival called ‘Threads’ and Musk not taking to it kindly, a fan tweeted the Twitter CEO: ”Better be careful @elonmusk I heard he does the jiu-jitsu now.”

Musk responded: “I’m up for a cage match if he is.” Zuckerberg then created an Instagram post with a screenshot of Musk’s tweet and captioned it: “Send me location.”

UFC President Dana White has caught on to the hype and is presenting an idea to have a cage fight at the notorious Colosseum in Rome. MMA fans across the globe are eager for this fight to take place, so eager that some are even betting.

It isn’t every day you see two of the richest men in the world go head to head in a cage fight. So who are the people betting on? Considering Zuckerberg appears to have a head start on the training; it would be wise to think he would have a strong advantage over Musk.

According to OddsChecker, sportsbooks have given Zuckerberg an 83% chance of winning the potential fight. A lot of betting operators think the matchup would be largely in Zuckerberg’s favour having listed Zuckerberg as a -500 favorite and Musk as a +300 underdog.

DraftKings took the same stance but was slightly more measured giving the former -160 and the latter +140.

Despite the odds, the event seems highly unlikely to take place, irrespective of how much everyone – MMA fans and the general public alike – would love to spectate.
